These are the grounds on which we will be giving points; please read carefully so you know what’s going on!
- We will not be giving points to every single Harry Potter related post you make. As much as we love them, we can’t give you points for every single picture you post of Tom or Dan from the same premiere.
- If you think your post is worthy of points, tag it with ‘tumblrhogwarts’ and your House name. Please make sure you spell these right; we don’t have time to trawl through all of your blogs looking for posts! If in doubt, tag it anyway.
- Occassionally we will run contests or incentives; we will let you know when these are coming up. These may not necessarily be completely HP-related, but they will probably link to Tumblr Hogwarts in some way.
- Any abuse towards your House heads or fellow students will result in loss of points, and in serious cases a warning followed by expulsion. This is about fun, not competition!
- As you may have noticed, the Houses are not evenly numbered. Don’t worry about this; the monthly House Cup will be awarded based on averages, so all Houses will have a fair chance. Every few months, we will also award individuals with the most points.
